Salon Policies


We know sickness and life happens - to respect our stylists and their schedules, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Without a 48 hour notice of cancellation, our clients will be required to pay for the appointment scheduled prior to rescheduling with any of our stylists. 

New Client Booking

To be courteous of our stylists and schedules, we kindly ask all new clients booking color services to place a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for each hour of the booked service. The deposit will go towards your service on the scheduled day, unless there is a no-show. 

Concerns After Service

We always strive to do our best work, but if you are unsatisfied with your service, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of your appointment.
