This page explains what the Loft Salon & Spa website collects and why. It covers this website only. Online booking happens on Vagaro, which has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Messages you send. The contact form sends your name, email, phone number if you give one, and your message to the salon by email so we can reply.
• Where you came from. When you send a message, the form includes the page you sent it from and, if present, the ad or link that brought you to the site (for example a Google or Facebook campaign tag). It helps us know which ads are worth paying for.
• Site analytics. Google Analytics records visits and clicks (pages viewed, booking and call buttons tapped) using cookies.
• Saved in your browser. The first and latest ad or link that brought you here (campaign tags, the referring site and the page you landed on) is kept in your own browser for up to 90 days so it can travel with a message you send. Clearing your browser data removes it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you sent a message.
